Shopify Fulfillment

Fulfillment for Shopify Stores

Fulfill Shopify orders from your China warehouse, with orders synchronized into fulfillment and tracking returned to your store.

Store to parcel

What Shopify fulfillment covers

The connection between your Shopify store and the warehouse — plus the fulfillment work behind each order.

Order synchronization

Paid orders reach the warehouse without being retyped from your admin.

Inventory management

Stock levels for your stored SKUs are recorded and updated as orders are picked.

Pick & pack

Picked and packed to your specification, with inserts and labeling as agreed.

Shipping integration

The shipping option is chosen per order based on destination, weight and service level.

Tracking updates

Tracking numbers are returned to your store so Shopify notifies the customer automatically.

Returns support

Returns handling agreed around your destinations and product type.

How the Shopify connection works

The goal is simple: a customer pays, and the order appears in fulfillment without anyone copying data between systems. How that connection is made depends on your store setup and which apps you already run, so we confirm the method before go-live rather than after.

  • Orders pulled automatically instead of exported by hand
  • Tracking written back so customer notifications fire on their own
  • Stock levels updated as orders are picked, so you do not oversell
  • Exceptions — stockouts, address issues — flagged to you instead of silently dropped

The part worth testing before you switch

Before you commit a live store, run a small batch of test orders to your own address in your main destination countries. That single step surfaces the problems that are painful to find later: a tracking number that does not write back, a label that scans at the wrong stage, a destination that needs a different line than you assumed.

  • A tracking number that actually lands in Shopify
  • A parcel that survives the transit with the packaging you chose
  • Real transit time for your route, not the number on a rate sheet

Sourcing and fulfillment together

If you also need the product itself, product sourcing and procurement sit with DingDropshipping, the sourcing layer of the same ecosystem. Goods can be produced, delivered inbound to the warehouse and then fulfilled from the same inventory — without you managing a separate supplier relationship and a separate warehouse relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you connect directly to my Shopify store?

Integration options depend on your store setup and which apps you use. We confirm the method that fits — direct connection or a scheduled export — before go-live, so you know exactly how orders will reach the warehouse.

Will tracking numbers be written back automatically?

That is the intent, and it is the first thing we verify with test orders. If your setup cannot support automatic write-back, we will tell you before you switch rather than leave you entering tracking by hand.

Can you fulfill orders to multiple countries from one store?

Yes. Each order is routed individually, so one inventory pool serves all of your destination markets with the line that suits each route.

Do you handle returns?

Returns handling depends on the destination country and your product. We agree what can be received back into the warehouse and what is better resolved locally before you commit to a workflow.
