Global Shipping
Global Shipping Connected to Fulfillment
Fulfillment does not stop at the packing bench. Shipping is the last leg of the order workflow, and it is handled through DingExpress so a packed parcel becomes a tracked shipment.
Shipping
What shipping covers
Route, service level and carrier are selected per order or per destination. Tell us your priorities and we will confirm the options available.
Route selection
A route chosen per destination, weight, value and service level — not a single default.
Carrier and service choice
Options compared so you can weigh cost against speed for your market.
Consolidated shipping
Multiple orders or items shipped together where that reduces the number of parcels.
Tracking numbers
A tracking number generated for each parcel and handed back to your store.
Tracking write-back
Tracking returned to your sales channel so the customer is notified automatically.
Freight coordination
Carton and pallet freight arranged onward where an order ships as bulk.
Shipping follows fulfillment, it does not replace it
Picking, packing and shipping are one continuous workflow. When the shipping leg is treated as a separate problem, parcels sit waiting for a handover that was never confirmed. Here the shipment is arranged as part of the same order flow that picked and packed it.
We will not promise a transit time we cannot stand behind
Transit times vary by route, service level, season and customs. Rather than publish a delivery promise that only sometimes holds, we confirm the service level and expected range for your actual destinations — and tell you when a route is not suitable for your product.
- Destinations and whether any are restricted for your product
- Whether speed or cost matters more on each route
- Declared value and any customs documentation the destination requires
- Whether orders ship individually or consolidated
Restricted and regulated goods
Some products — batteries, liquids, magnets, certain cosmetics — cannot travel on every shipping line, and destinations differ in what they accept. Tell us what you sell before your inventory is stored so we can confirm what is possible, rather than discovering it when an order is already packed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you set the shipping rates, or does DingExpress?
Shipping runs through DingExpress, which is the logistics side of the ecosystem. Tell us your destinations and priorities and we will confirm how the fulfillment and shipping costs are put together for your account.
Can you ship to any country?
Not every product can travel on every route, and destinations differ in what they accept. Tell us what you sell and where it goes, and we will confirm which destinations are workable before your inventory arrives.
Will my customers get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is generated per parcel, and it can be written back to your sales channel so the customer is notified and can follow the delivery.
Can tracking be viewed in the Ding ecosystem as well?
Yes — shipment tracking across the ecosystem is handled through DingTrack. Your tracking number works there as well as in your own sales channel.
