E-commerce Fulfillment

E-commerce Fulfillment from China

Order in, parcel out. We handle the storage, picking and packing, then hand the parcel to an international shipping line that matches the destination.

Order to dispatch

What e-commerce fulfillment includes

The parts of the workflow that repeat for every order you receive.

Order intake

Orders reach the warehouse through your store integration or an agreed export — not manual retyping.

Picking

The right SKU is picked from stored stock and checked against the order line.

Packing

Packed to your specification: mailer, box, insert, label placement, protection.

Carrier selection

The shipping option is chosen per order based on destination, weight, value and service level.

Dispatch and tracking

The parcel is dispatched and the tracking number is returned so your customer is notified.

Multi-destination

One inventory pool fulfills orders across the markets you sell to.

One workflow instead of several handovers

Most fulfillment problems are handover problems: the order sits in an inbox, the tracking number is typed in by hand a day late, the wrong SKU ships because two systems disagree. Running storage, picking, packing and dispatch through one operation removes most of those handovers.

  • Order data reaches the warehouse without being re-entered
  • Picking happens against the same stock record that receiving created
  • Tracking is returned to your store rather than emailed manually
  • Exceptions — stockouts, damaged units, address problems — are reported to you

Packing to your brand, not to a template

Fulfillment from China does not have to look like it came from a marketplace listing. Packaging can be arranged to your specification, and the cost of any branded material is confirmed per unit before you order it.

  • Branded mailer boxes or poly bags
  • Insert cards, thank-you notes, discount codes for the next order
  • Barcode and label placement to your specification
  • Kitting and bundling where a product ships as a set

Setting up your first orders

Before going live we confirm the details that cause the most expensive mistakes: how orders reach us, how SKUs are labeled, which destinations you sell to, and what should happen when something is out of stock or comes back as a return.

Order flow

What happens after an order reaches us

Each step is designed so a problem is caught before the parcel leaves the warehouse, not after it arrives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sales channels can you fulfill?

Orders can be fulfilled for Shopify, Amazon, DTC storefronts and marketplace orders, as long as the order data can reach us either through an integration or a scheduled export. We confirm the method that fits your setup before go-live.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Dispatch timing depends on your order cut-off, stock availability and the shipping line chosen. We agree the handling expectations for your account in advance rather than publishing a blanket number.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

You decide the rule up front — hold the order, partially ship, or notify you first. Stockouts are reported rather than guessed at, so your customer communication stays accurate.

Can you ship different orders to different countries?

Yes. Each order is routed individually, so a single inventory pool can serve multiple markets with the line that suits each destination.
